Refund policy

At Forever Polynesia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and item details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned product is inspected.

Please note that customised items, promotional items, and final-sale products cannot be returned.
