Shipping policy

We ship all orders via Australia Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery across Australia and internationally. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Australia:
Standard shipping: $10
Express shipping: $15
Free shipping on all orders over $100

International:
Flat-rate international (all countries except the USA) shipping of $20
USA $30 (We needed to increase the shipping cost to the USA because of the high tariffs.)

Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs delays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

Forever Polynesia is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the care of Australia Post, but we are always happy to assist you in tracking or resolving delivery issues.
